The Symposium will be held in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, a big industrial, scientific and cultural center. Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University is founded in 1834 and now it is one of the biggest educational and scientific researches centers in Ukraine. Radio Physics faculty (RPF) deals with a number of directions in studying of various aspects of applied physics, including plasma physics and chemistry. About 150 researches including young scientists are concentrated in this faculty, see www.rpd.univ.kiev.ua

All academic activities of the III CESPC will take place at the RPF building located within the hotel zone.

RPF will provide all facilities for us to achieve a successful, academic meeting in its auditoriums with audio and visual equipment.
